decs are down and relieved

do any of you feel relieved when all the who ha of christmas is over or do you guys get down in the dumps

Bit of both. Feels sad that it is all over but I am loving the decluttered feel despite the fact that my house is no less cluttered than before I put the decorations up!

my decs were down day after boxing day I cant wait to get back to normal.

Mine was down last Sunday, like my house to be spotless for the new year so the decs had to go

So sick of them, glad they are down

Mine came down yesterday and I miss them. I love it when I sit in the evening, with just the tree lights on. It all looks sad and bare now. Quite glad the wreath has gone off the front door though. I kept seeing it through the glass panels and thinking someone was standing outside. Scared the hell out of me a couple of times, on my way to bed!

Mine will come down on Monday,
Then I can be sad without DCs

YANBU. Glad mine are down now. Find anything like this hard....like final days of holiday when almost better to just be at home than feel sad about leaving!

Yanbu. I love putting the decorations and tree up, but it's even better taking them down. My living room looks so clean and so much bigger!
