For our 20th wedding anniversary I tentatively suggested we had a week in the Caribbean. Clearly he misheard me, as we are having a week in a Caravan!!. ( and no,last time I checked Keycamp did not have sites in the Caribbean)

Maybe you should book the Caribbean as a surprise...

Congratulations (I think!) on making it to 20 years, if my DH did that I think we might just struggle to make it to the next anniversary . I hope you have a wonderful time

Perhaps you should also play the "Sorry I misheard you" game and drift around the house saying things like I'm sooo looking forward to it, you can see Venezuela from the top of the highest peak you know" or "Hmmm..hope we arent going in hurricane season". He might then be all realise his mistake, book something lovely and think he is in the clear.

Buy him a hearing aid for your anniversary
