Ds2 woke up (he's 19 months) and DH has gone to settle him. I now feel mean because he was most likely wanting me and instead he's got Daddy. Tell me I'm being stupid please!

You are being silly (but quite sweet).

Baby wants to be comforted. If the crying has stopped,Daddy is clearly good enough Smile

Thanks Grin just peeked in at them, DS looks very comfortable sleeping on Daddy in the rocking chair. Tempted to take a picture but it would wake sleeping baby!

Fgs dh is your baby's dad, not some stranger off the street....stop being so precious and let your dh enjoy some time with his son! Go back to bed.

I love it when DD (15 months) goes back to sleep for DH. Unfortunately he spent a lot of the first year working away so she usually does want me, which means she often won't settle for him.

I am always very happy to let him try though and ecstatic when it works!

Go to sleeeeeeep!
