To think that cinema paradiso are a useless rip off?

I have tried to email them three times and have had no response. They have no phone number and so it is impossible to get in touch with them. I foolishly bought dp a subscription for Xmas which won't work and I am really irritated that I have essentially paid for a useless piece of paper.

More public complaints tend to get a reaction from companies. Ideally shouldn't be the first port of call but as you've emailed and had no response I don't think it's unfair to change the medium of contact.
