I play an online game and a friend on it has Virgin. Every weekend without fail he is disconnected from the internet every half hour or so. All they say is it's due to heavy use which seems a pathetic excuse to me.

Ours has been iffy over the past few days too. Would switch in a heartbeat if someone else did fibre optic.

I have Virgin. I very, very, very rarely have a problem with it. Then again I still have the old telewest tv box and have only recently swapped to the new wireless modem.

We've had more problems since changing to the newer boxes chaotic, so hold on to your old box for as long as you can!

Catching my ex was here earlier and he said the same thing. He's had problems with his as have a few people he knows. I intend to keep my old one as long as I can after hearing this.
