Dont take a photo of yourself "on the way to work", "going to the shop", "goin to meet bla bla bla" and especially "jus chillin"!!

My facebook page looks like a dating site for transexual ducks who are "jus chillin". Next time you go to do a self portrait think of the phrase "transexual duck", take off the fakeup, put the camera down and back away... Please!

Can I add don't say you can't help out at work when we are desperate because you are in place X ( ages away), then post on Facebook from your f'ing house 5 minutes from said work.

YABU. Sounds like you need to hide a few friends, and that would be problem solved!

Wow, sheltered here, not one of my 200 Facebook friends has ever put anything resembling a duck face on Facebook!!
They are more likely to be putting pics of their toddlers feeding the ducks!
I suggest a Facebook sort out!
