I like drunk me. Is is unreasonable that I wish day to day me was more like drunk me?

I thought this earlier after a large Jack and coke. Obviously not drunk but just better.

I do like drunk me, but she has a tendency to be a little indiscreet. (Coarse, actually). So perhaps not quite suitable for everyday. Plus she would probably dance inappropriately to supermarket muzak.

I'm over friendly when drunk. Dance the lot. I sort of like me but think I'm probably rather annoying?

According to DH I am the drunk me and drunk me is only different because she sings more, very, very badly.

Make day to day you drunk you! Seize the opportunity to indulge in bad decisions. Also stay near an appropriate adult that is capable of getting you out of mechanical plane rides outside supermarkets.

I much prefer drunk me - right up to the point where she tips over into feeling-a -bit-dizzy-and-sick-me.

I think most of us probably like soma aspects of drunk us. I do.
But I'm very indicreet when drunk - tell everyone evry secret I know. About me and others.
Wouldn't like to do that IRL.
I often wake up thinking "Oh no - now x knows --- about me "

I had a glass of red after the ticket booth closed just before we got there to see Santa today, and after a sip or two realised that maybe I wouldn't have had the tantrum if I felt like that more.
That's when I realised my 11mo is more emotionally intelligent than me. X

I feel good when I'm drunk; evryone is a potential mate, I look good in the mirror, I have confidence, I am a chirpy optimist etc. But...I talk shit, agree to stuff I don't want to do and am very loose with affection!

If I could be drunk without ever being sober...without actually being an alcoholic, I'd be awesome and happy, but sobriety and Mrs.Paranoia-Shame DOES come and she be a cruel mistress!

Pregnant and then breast feeding - I can't remember what drunk me was like . I bet she was a blast though, much more fun than exhausted, over-emotional me!

I like drunk me if I don't get teary and maudlin. If I do then drunk me is rubbish!

I won't be drunk for the foreseeable future though as now bfing ds2.

I have adopted the 'fuck it, why not?' approach to life I practiced so hard during my hard drinking years. It has led me to a happier place than the cautionary tale did - with surprisingly few disasters really. I couple it with a don't hurt anyone or be a pita and you're probably good to go kind of ethos.
The biggest disaster was not financial ruination or awful children - it was accepting the pleas to go camping (which I hate) with dcs who I was fairly sure would hate it but asked a lot - they did hate it, I hated it, Dh was unimpressed. Not the biggest loss in the world really. Oh and that one time I broke my foot falling out of a tree...hazy on the details still. Also not a huge disaster.

Just so all pregnant/BFing ppls feel better.... I was a t- total until erm.. 1 year ago,have been drinking at weekends for about erm..since August, I wasn't allowed to drink....
