AIBU to never ever shop at Boots again?

Oh I know I am BU but I am super angry. I ordered some pictures online at bootsphoto.com on Monday and paid for their Express service as well as delivery to my local Boots. I received an Email on Tuesday that my pictures are shipped and today I went to Boots to hear that they don't have them. Great! I am off tomorrow to NYC and can't pick them up. I wanted to give them today as a present to my LO grandparents. I am so so angry. Rant over.

You can get them done on a same-day service, no? And make Boots refund you and give you a voucher to cover the additional cost...

If they are digital files, could you take them on a memory stick and have them printed when you arrive in NYC? I'd imagine they have express 1-hour services there (indeed there might be a service at the airport).

I've been boycotting Boots for years and years so YANBU.

I can't understand why people shop there

That's a shame, I got over 200 photos printed off a memory card last week and they were super quick and very good. I hope you get it sorted out!

Why would it be unreasonable? You'd only be inconveniencing yourself. Feel free to boycott any shop you like, as long as you don't expect the rest of us to join you.
