Taking dd (14months) swimming

We had a playdate arranged today, but it was cancelled at the last minute.

I am now thinking of taking dd swimming but she has outgrown of her swim suit.

Do you think it is acceptable to take her with a swim nappy only? (the disposable ones)

What about a tshirt over the top?

BigGiantCowWithAKnockKnockTail · 19/12/2012 12:32

I would but don't they sell swimming costumes at the pool?

FridgeBenefits · 19/12/2012 12:32

She's 14 months, not 14 years Hmm
Course a swim nappy is fine.

Doilooklikeatourist · 19/12/2012 12:33

Yes

LemonBreeland · 19/12/2012 12:33

She is only 14 months, of course it is fine.

gordyslovesheep · 19/12/2012 12:35

yes that would be fine - she is a baby - hardly going topless in the adult sense Grin

SalagadooLamagicaboo · 19/12/2012 12:36

Thanks,

I was in two minds about this (I wouldn't want to be flamed in a thread tonight for doing this Grin )

Used to take DD is sun suit bottoms sometimes, do you have any of those? They are the ones that protect from UV.
