Upon finding out that Robson Green has false teeth?

Chompy chompy link

I feel very shallow. It's not like I have perfect teeth, far from it actually.

I am fully prepared to be flamed for being put off by the falsies, and for fancying Robson Green in the first place.

You fancy Robson Green? He of the girl's high pitched voice?

O but hang on. You've redeemed yourself. Yep, false choppers are a turn off - imagine waking up and seeing them Grin at you from a glass beside the bed

Provisio: would anyone who has dentures through necessity or old age please feel free to award me a emoticon

He's an old codger..what do you expect?

BovineUddersAkimbo · 19/12/2012 03:19

Oh don't, you're making it worse! The shame!

I honestly don't think I can fancy him anymore. [heartbroken face]

He's 48! Surely that isn't codger-territory!

BovineUddersAkimbo · 19/12/2012 04:40

Boo! Put those loose and wobbly choppers away!

I'm so disappointed. Here I was, fooled into beleiving darling Robbo was a last bastion of charismatic manliness, alas, he's just ... an old codger!!

Probation (Does anyone ever call you Probe? I kind of want to) Your mum was outstanding taste. Maybe don't tell her about the teeth Grin

YANBU to find him a total turn off.

YABU if it's just because of his teeth. Wink

Article says he was punched in the face ad a kid and lost his teeth at 15. It's not like he had the choice of getting them.

Hyperballad · 19/12/2012 05:31

Robson Green, hmmmmm.

Arrogant, full of his own self importance, loves himself more than anyone else, yer he is a BIG TURN OFF!

I couldn't care less about his teeth!

BovineUddersAkimbo · 19/12/2012 05:45

I fear I may very possibly be in a minority around these parts

Well, who do all you lot fancy then? Do they have fake chompers stuck in with super glue?

OP posts:
izzyizin · 19/12/2012 06:02

Manliness??? With a castrato soprano voice like Mr G's? Does your self delusion know no bounds?

I'd get my gums round Mr Depp's plums any day and would happily keep him in Steradent donate one of my finest crystal tumbers for him to keep his dentures under beside my sumputous super kingsize bed.

Put it this way, once I've tied him to the bedposts Mr D has sampled the delights of my divan, he won't be going anywhere else in a hurry

izzyizin · 19/12/2012 06:10

Apparently Clark Gable was dentally challenged and his voice was deeper than mine.

ProbationProbationProbation · 19/12/2012 14:24

Bovine alas I am a beta Mumsnetter filthy lurker so believe I've not yet earned my nickname right.

Maybe for Christmas?
