Penis envy?

A friend of mine has a DS a few months younger than my own. Both are babies. A few weeks ago she mentioned she had met up with another friend and her DS (also a baby). When nappy changing time came my friend noticed her own DS had a larger penis than the other baby and my friend was proud of this.

AIBU to find this weird? It's a baby FFS!

WTF, she is proud that her son has a large penis???? And is comparing it to other childrens genetalia. That is really very disturbing.

Although I will admit, after the HV told me that DS's testicles weren't descended (they're retractile, but I didn't realise until then as I didn't really know what they were supposed to look like), I did find myself having sneaky glances at other baby boys getting their nappy changed to see if DS looked normal.

Is it possible that your friend has similar concerns about her DS and it just came out wrong?
