I know it looks like I just sit here from dawn till dusk but I work on the computer. So I dip in and out all day, inbetween doing my work.

In the last week, I have posted 165 times. which is an average 23 posts a day Which sounds a lot, but I bet it's not that much more than many and less than some people could knock up more than 23 posts in one good row

I have a friend on here that I can only contact via pm. She never has her phone with her but I know she'll come on here at some point.

Frankly, as I work in IT, I truly believe that this electronic miasma in our lives will end soon. It cannot be right that we only communicate with other humans whom we allegedly value & hold dear by tapping on a keyboard.

Not true. she had tried calling my mobile (looks like there's a fault) and my landline (left a message and I just haven't picked it up) and did finally get hold of me (before I actually even saw this thread) and this evening we have spent a pleasant half hour gossiping on the phone.

And I'm heading over to hers on Thursday.

My sister doesn't have the internet at the moment and hasn't had it for a while. I actually have to speak to her if I want to communicate. It's an utter PITA I tell you.

Am now wondering if the OP and Hec look alike?

She will hit the roof if you suggest that we do however, if you look at her 3rd and 5th photos, they do have a look of me about them.
