We have a rented flat and the bloody kitchen has carpet!!
We have been getting beetles that we have identified as carpet beetles/larder beetles/dermestids, lots of different names. They started soon after we moved and I think they are in the carpet.
The kitchen is clean, food stored away and I'm hoovering twice a day, but every few days two or three of these are appearing. Would shampooing the carpet help? AIBU to ask for your suggestions to get rid?
