I haven't qualified as yet, but it hasn't been that cold. They use the Met office

just a heads up its not the met office thats used nationwide eg w12 which is area of london uses heathrow and where i live ... in uk, not giving exact locale we have named weather station at airport , this is because temps vary region to region and county to county.
