So you get an email. It tells you you can get 50% off an order. Underneath this offer it also states "free delivery when you spend £30"
You place order which comes to more than £30 after discount but lo and behold you are charged delivery.
When you query it you are told you can only claim 1 special offer.
So whatr was the point of the free delivery one because who in their right mind which use that code when a 50% offer is available.
Know its trivial but I am cross AIBU

The free delivery isn't normally a special offer, its normally something that most online shops do, you spend so much its free. If you think its deceptive (which I probably would as it stated this on the same email with no effort to correct the assumption) report it to trading standards. YANBU.

YANBU. Complain. I hate it when companies hide stuff in small print that nobody would ever see.

I did complain and there reply was that you could only use one special offer. Never mind for the sake of £2 they have lost future business.
