I had to cancel the first appointment as I had work commitments I couldn't get out of. Little did I know that I'd never get another appointment.
DS was supposed to have his moulds taken for his first hearing aids to be fitted, it's been going on yrs and after several operations, the consultant as finally agreed that hearing aids would be the best course of action. On waiting list a few months, as soon as date came through for October I asked to reschedule, yes no problems, November appointment came through and got cancelled and now his appointment for next week has just been cancelled and remade for the end of january. FFS. He needs them now. He is struggling at school. He can't hear and his concentration and behaviour is nose diving....and breath.
