Bought a new bed for DS on 20th October. Sales assistant nice and helpful, went through everything, including taking payment, then told us delivery not till end of November! I wish now we had cancelled.
Bed delivered 26th November but one of the parts (self assembly) was wrong - we're still waiting for the replacement to be 'urgently' couriered to us. Sent a complaint by email on Thursday, was delighted to get a reply on Friday saying part would be delivered today. So, I stayed home all day waiting when I should be getting on with other things - no sign of delivery, no phone call, email or anything. Tried to phone but their non existent customer service not open at weekends. I feel like a right mug.
