To want a bigger refund from vodafone

I'm on a family and friends deal which means I get free calls to 6 family and friends on vodafone, OH included. The only person I really call is OH, last week I realised I was being charged for these calls. I'm not on contract, instead I have a rolling deal that expires monthly but gives me X amount of minutes. All of these have been eaten up calling OH - which should have been free. Rang vodafone who admitted their error and offered me £5 refund. I asked to speak with manager who eventually agreed to £10. But I think the minutes I have lost is far more. WWYD?

Yes I am out of pocket, and I can't renew my monthly minutes now either so I'm stuck. No can't view the bills online that I'm aware of, may cxall them to check this

I do not envy you. I've had a spot of bother with them myself very recently. Search for my thread by title "bastarding vodafone". Another poster kindly linked an email address to the CEO. I got a quick response.

Oh and if your phone has an in built record call function, I would use it whenever you speak to customer services.
