Problem with breast feeding-blocked duct

I was lurking yesterday and read a post where someone was suffering breast pain. I was unable to find the post today. It sounds as if the op was suffering from a blocked duct. This happened to me, caused by a nursing bra that eas too tight.
I cured it with hot flannels and massage in a downward motion. A plug of dried matter shot out and I had the equivalent of the fountains at Versailles as milk projected into the air!
The relief was tremendous.

Grin I did that once. Very satisfying.

Getting a pin (Erm, sterilised or wiped with dettol) and popping those milk spots is satisfying too.

I get swollen armpits when my milk comes in. It's horribly painful but this time I sorted it out with a boiling hot wheat bag and massage every time I felt it building up again.
