To think that Boden should deliver my parcel

To ME!
Apparently Boden delivered my order 3 days ago. (well HDN did). To a secure place in front of my property. They did not put a card through my door, and there is no sign of parcel.
The first I knew was when I went to track my order today and it says it's been delivered.
I don't have it!
So clearly they've delivered it somewhere else & taken my money.
Does anyone have a Boden parcel outside their house?? Cos it's MINE!!!
(and no, I don't want anyone to tell me about the big sale that's now on...grrr)

If someone left a Boden parcel outside my door I'd phone the fashion police and have them arrested

YANBU though, you need to get on to them and ask why there's no card or anything.

HDN are terrible. They did this to me, leaving it in fron of my door. The card said it was 'in the porch'. I don't have an enclosed porch - just a bit of roof that covers the door and this directly faces the road. So anything left there was completely obvious to anybody passing. My postman saw the parcel waiting to be stolen and gave it to a neighbour. I made a hell of a fuss with Boden and now there is a note to say royal Mail only for my parcels. Royal Mail are a bit crap but at least they don't leave your stuff to be nicked by anybody passing.

I ordered a coat for my DD the other day from Boden and they threw the parcel over the gate to my side access (you can't open this gate from the front as bolted on inside and it v tall gate). was not impressed.

Well, I bet their terms and conditions state that they will put the parcel somewhere safe!

Lo and behold, they are in breach of their T&C as the parcel was clearly not safe there....
