To wish it was 10 years ago....

I've got a stinking cold, it's blowing a hoolie and pouring with rain. 10- or even probably 5- years ago we would have battened down the hatches and spent the day watching films, reading books and eating toast. But they are 11 and 16 now- and duty calls.

Old enough to be sent out in to the world while you batten down the hatches.

Unfortunately too young to drive themselves to the station!

The rain and wind have gone this morning here, bright starlight. Hope it reaches your neck of the woods soon seeker!
