Club card Double Exchange. THE worst system ever! Got vouchers through... respond to their promotion to exchange into an ecoupon... Their system crashed all afternoon... Phoned them... They can t double up by phone. Can t do it local store as they dont have toys I want to buy. Phone call No. 2 to find out which store might... Their operator kept breaking up. If they re going to run a promotion, at the least their system needs to cope with demand. It's not like they re new at this game is it???
