I am full of unexplainable rage. Everything is fucking me off so much. I'm tired, frustrated, worried and stressed.

Before I totally blow I think I should just stand out in the garden screaming.

Even the sound of other people breathing made me want to rip their heads off!

I think we all have days like this.
