Another advent calendar one

Last year dh spent a fortune on Lego Advent calendars for dc. Fair enough if they are used again. However, this year they want a Moshi Monster one. I can't believe dh is happy to pay £25 for another calendar when they didn't really look after the other one.

How could you re-use the Lego one? Does it have little boxes or something you could put sweets in?

Having said that I just looked at the Moshi one and it looks awesome!

We told the DC they could have the Lego calendars if they "gave up" some of their old toys to sell on ebay.

I don't think reusing the calendars is really possible, is it? Hasn't the lego got subsumed into a general Lego collection?

If you don't want to spend the money, just get cheap ones.

maybe they would play with the moshlings more than the lego - at least they wouldnt fall apart
