...sat at my desk in front of my computer with one hand on my tummy, doing no work, but smiling to myself as I feel my baby doing somersaults?

Only just started feeling it on Saturday and he/she hasn't stopped moving since.

It's still new and exciting (my first), though my sister says I won't feel quite so happy when it grows a bit more and starts kicking me in the ribs!

YANBU! I got the first kick that I could feel from the outside about 15 minutes ago and I've been completely distracted since then. It's lovely

I loved the bit just before that the best. The kicks and flips only YOU can feel, inside. It is the one thing (until you're giving birth) that no-one else can share or butt in on. Enjoy it though, feeling a baby move is the best thing in the world!
