In an article covering Remembrance Sunday, your focus is on another woman's appearance. Specifically, the size of her eyebrows.

It's bad enough that this kind of commentary occurs all year round, but criticising someone's eyebrows as they lay down a wreath to remember millions of dead? Have you no shame? No sense of perspective?

Evidently not.

Maybe they're her Lest We Forget Eyebrows and she only wears them on Serious Occasions of National Mourning?

What I want to know is why politicians and their wives always seem to be clutching on to each other. Look at them all: The Camerons - clutchy hands. The Cleggies - she seems to be gripping on to his arm. The Blairs - not just clutching but joined at the hip as well. Do the royals do this? No, they do not. Nor do ordinary people. So why do politicians?

I've noticed lots of young women with comedy eyebrows recently. It appears to be some kind of trend

They look fine to me.

Women's eyebrows have been getting plucked thinner and thinner and thinner over the years until we've all forgotten what a normal eyebrow looks like on a woman, so when you see a normal, nice, well shaped eyebrow - it looks huge.

cos we're comparing it with the overplucked three hairs left look.

If that is going, I for one will be VERY happy.
