To think my DD is being selfish

I mean the takeaway is going to be here any minute and she's STILL on the boob. Selfish or what?
Doesn't she care that I've been looking forward to it all day? Surely at the ripe old age of 5.5 months she would understand this by now?

muslin over shoulder covering her face - answer door, serve up takeaway, eat ... - no need to stop feeding...

IShallCallYouSquishy · 09/11/2012 20:10

I never mastered the eating while feeding thing Blush

And this is to get her to sleep so in her room all dark and quiet

DH can answer door and get his while it's still hot. Bastard Angry

Wean her immediately onto chips. Problem solved.

PollyLove · 09/11/2012 20:19

This used to be my Friday nightmare every week, or I'd put her to bed and the minute the door went she would wake up! As Beamae says, get her on the chips Wink

It was all going well, she finished, slowly and carefully put into her cot, then I knocked my bloody phone into it didn't I?? Sad

I had to stop eating takeaway whilst feeding after I dropped chow neon into DD's ear.

Luckily it had cooled down.

I fed DD whilst eating a takeaway earlier. She is now in asleep in her Moses basket with a satay sauce stain on the foot of her baby gro.
