I was really surprised that it was on tv this afternoon, it's the beginning of November. It's a great film but as they will only put total crap on over Christmas why ddin't they wait?

They put The Grinch on over the summer holidays on one of the sky channels. I had to double check the calender :)

Fakebook · 04/11/2012 20:20

One film a week up until Christmas. No it's not too early.

DoesItComeInBlack · 04/11/2012 20:22

It'll be on on Christmas eve in our house, followed by the Snowman, Muppets Christmas Carol and Miracle of 34th Street (original B&W version) whilst I peel the veg and quaff mulled wine.

thenightsky · 04/11/2012 20:24

I thought that too.

germyrabbit · 04/11/2012 20:26

flicking radio channels earlier i found a whole radio station just for christmas Grin

MumToTheBoy · 04/11/2012 20:28

We already watched it a couple of weeks ago! That and Elf. Both great films and shame to only watch them when it's December. We also don't only watch Hop at Easter.

Molepom · 04/11/2012 20:50

Germy...what frequency is that on?

Loveweekends10 · 04/11/2012 20:51

It got my dd (7) in the mood for Xmas. She skipped about and worked out the whole itinerary for Xmas morning.

MadameBoolala · 04/11/2012 20:54

I can't watch it. Wierd faces.

StateofConfusion · 04/11/2012 20:55

Not to early when it brings a look of horror to my 'testing the boundries' 5yo ds, who'd been told of Santas flashing red light... He and dd had a quick coversation about being good now. Grin

We watched Hop today aswell though.

Molepom · 04/11/2012 20:58

It got ds in the mood for Christmas too, he's not only tidied his room, but also washed, dressed AND went to bed without any fuss, whinging or trying to bargin another 10 minutes.

ariadneoliver · 04/11/2012 21:09

Don't forget you can now watch an endless loop of Christmas films on Christmas 24 (Sky 327) Grin
