Just had our bathroom totally redone and ordered vinyl flooring for it last week at a local store. The fitter turned up on wednesday but took one look at the floor and said it needed to be hardboarded first as our floorboards aren't level (oops, my bad, should have checked). He said he had the wood in stock and would ring me asap to get it fitted (he said he would probably be able to fit either yesterday or today).
I've heard nothing from him - rang the company earlier and left a message but no response yet. I want my new floor as baby fingerbiter keeps splashing water on the floor when she has a bath
