I thought this was going to be a new thread. They do disappear, don't they? No notice is given like 'This thread will be removed at midnight tonight'.

I can't find the one about strangers being nice in small ways.

Maybe she was afraid her husband would find it. There were some issues and many posters were (rightly) taking a dim view of his behaviour.
