To wish not everything was such a fight

It seems like everything we've ever had or done has just been an uphill battle. Where a lot of people seem to have sailed through certain processes for us it seems to be a fight for the simplest of things.
AIBU (or unrealistic) to just want things to go more straightforward?

I think you would be surprised how hard everyone finds things. They will prob be different things to you but they will be there.
Some of us don't like to talk about it. I don't. I know lots of people think I have a very easy life. I don't tell them the struggles I and dh face everyday to keep outlr business bringing in the money. I don't tell people I was up til 1am this morning organsing Christmas parties then up with kids at 6am and feel shit.

I am just very private and don't discuss anything with anyone apart from dh. Just how I am.

Sorry that was a rubbish example. A better one is that my parents don't know I have had to lay off a member off staff. Neither has anyone, apart from dh, been told i have suffered with depression. They wouldn't believe it, I am 'the life and soul' of any event.
I wish it was easier too and you have my sympathy.
