Why the chuffing hell do people need to be so flaming aggressive in some of their posts?!
Everybody has different experiences/opinions. Whatever. There's no need at all to call someone an 'idiot' (or anything else for that matter) simply because they have a different view to yourself.
It's bullying. Surely. Makes me wonder whether they'd be so forthcoming with their assaults if they weren't hiding behind a computer screen.

Is this thread in relation to the thread you flounced on because your anecdote wasn't accepted as scientific evidence?

cyber bullying is not someone saying 'feck off you ignorant poster, you'. That's cyber nastiness maybe, but bullying is more (according to Wiki). "Cyberbullying is the use of the Internet and related technologies to harm other people, in a deliberate, repeated, and hostile manner."

So unless you've been harmed on MN, deliberately, repeatedly and hostile-y (yes, I know) - you've not been bullied.
You have perhaps been squashed, flamed, put back in your box or called on being wrong. Bjullied, as the glorious M to the Itmoo has it.

For the love of all that's holy, disagreeing with someone is not bullying. A vast number of people disagreeing with a particular view or poster is not bullying,<a class="break-all" href="//bullying.www.bbc.co.uk/newsround/13905962" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here this may help.

Now if anyone can point out one example of it on the site let HQ know and I'm sure they'd be delighted to ban those involved.

Bullying is any use of words to insult/put down/hurt another .... I do not know what went on but I just was flicking through and somone said you cannot bully unless in Rl , thats why I said about cyber bullying I was'nt talking about anything anyone has done :)

Having a different point of view is not it is how you chose to show your view that may make the difference.
