Swearing at 7.30pm on channel 4?!

Just watching Jimmy and the Whale Whisperer on channel 4 and twice they referred to whale scat (poo) as whale shit. It doesn't bother me but I thought the watershed was later?

Watershed is BBC I think.... but YANBU. I dont mind hearing such language but dont want DC thinking its a normal part of polite conversation.

I'm not sure where I heard this but apparently 'shit' isn't considered a swear word according to the watershed.
