Faulty products works? And if so, how on earth do you do it.

I have a Silver Cross pushchair (surf). It's broken. They want me to fix it with some spare bits they'll send through the post, which in fact they already have sent, except one of the bits is also broken. There're no instructions, and it's impossible to do. Them they basically say its not their problem, I should take it back to Mothercare. Which is going to be tricky as it's a fifteen I mile walk and I can't fold the pram as its broken. Silver cross will send someone to get it to repair its long as its in the original box. Which it can't be, as I can't fold it up as its broken. This pram is ten weeks old and has been used about 7 times and cost 600 quid and was a gift from my mum. Breathe and apologise for typos with apostrophes and other errors fast cross typing on iPad as caused!!

It does if you @ the company and have a general moan to your followers. They usually pay more attention to people with lots of followers or celebs tho. I don't know how it works if you want to contact them directly as you would probably have to DM them and they would need to be following you for you to do that.

Under the Sale of Goods Act, it's Mothercare's responsibility. If your mother bought it, she should still have the receipt. Ask for it. As for getting it all back to Mothercare, ask someone for a lift.

If you are unable to get a lift, ask Mothercare to help - or Trading Standards because the pushchair was not of merchantable quality.

But I can't put it in a car as I can't fold it up as its broken.

Rang mothercare, very helpful, hopefully it'll get sorted through them, no complaining needed Grin
