I have the hangover from hell. There is a thread in chat. I think it's his fault I am so ill because he bought the wine, he poured it and he set it in a glass right in front of me. And it was a Tuesday night. He says it's my fault because I drank it.

Who is right? (and obviously there's a correct answer ).
