Pirates be a shining example of disability employers?

On me ship "the saucy OliviaMumsnet" I be employing many a sailor with a disability. Some have only one eye, some need a peg leg, some even use a hook for a hand.

I think we pirates get a lot o' bad press fer all the plundering 'n' shooting 'n' all, but takes care of the disabled we do.

So arrrrr I unreasonable to be proud of me pirate life?
