since moving in over a year ago we did once get along and now its war would it pixx you off if the kids were always looking into your home and swearing abusive language and there parents just watch waiting for us to to take the bait so they can start a fight, the kids in question range from 8 to 16 and now we have a 5 yr sibling of the litlle sods joining in swearing we have involved the police bloody useless so apart from arguing back any ideas

I would think you'd have to record evidence and just keep calling the police until they get so pissed off they do something about it?

It would piss me off intensely if kids were staring into my window and being foul mouthed. Depends entirely on what started the war off and how bad it is now as to what I'd do from here though.

If they are housing association or council report them to the relevant person.
If private then ring 101 and report - keep doing this until they finally listen
