AIBU over ear hair

So I am in the kitchen happily cooking away and I turn around to find DP happily plucking hairs from his ear [puke emoticon].

I can live with the fact that DP and, I am ashamed to admit it, I both need a lot more basic grooming and hair pulling than we ever did in our younger years but even after 12 years of delving into each others least appetising personal habits, WATCHING the ear hair plucking is a step too far.

Now before you say I am mean spirited, vain and unfeeling let me point out that I do put up with DP's usual atire (he works from home so I have the pleasure 24/7): 3-4 day old stubble as standard unless he thinks sex might be on the cards, top is topless, bottom is (barely) covered by well-lived in tracksuits, and feet are hardly covered by (my bete noire) plastic slippers...do I need to add ear hair pulling to this picture?

DP thinks I am OTT to complain, so off to MN jury. Don't let me down, please - he may be watching the thread and he really does not need any encouragement.

I pluck DP's ear hair for him, wouldn't bother me! Grin

He took DD out all by himself today so I could sun myself in the garden so he was back in good books...until I found out he overloaded the pram with shopping and toppled it backwards, with DD, of course, in it. Hmmmm

Is your oh called onslo?

I have to laugh here because I thought the OP's post was about head hair covering the ears. I like my head hair covering my ears because it then hides my hearing aids and no one knows that I am wearing them!

Yes you have outed me rogersmellyonthetelly, I am Daisy.

I bought my DH some hair pulling things as well,I think he even uses it in private too.Double result!

I pluck DHs ear hair (inner and outer). I also pluck the nose hair - wait for it... on his nose. Not in his nose but growing on the flat bit.

Never never will I shirk this duty. He will never be an old ( well older) hairy man beast.
