To think ESA are useless knobheads?

For the second time in a month, my money didn't go in.
I called them, they admit it's their fault again and will call me back within the hour, which they don't.
I can't get hold of anyone now, and will have to start the whole rigmarole again in the morning.
My Asda order was cancelled due to lack of funds, so I need to re-order that once money sorted with ESA.
Gaaaaaahhhh

What does ESA stand for? Never heard of it

Employment support allowance, it's a benefit.

ESA replaces the old Incapacity benefit.

There is a big problem with the administering of it, more so that JSA.

I spent the afternoon chasing them up, and got precisely nowhere.
They owe me £348, they are saying they will rectify the mistake, they have admitted their mistake, and their other department will call.
But they haven't called.
They won't now, obv, but that means I have to repeat the calling process in the morning.
I had plans, which included my shopping being delivered today, which it wasn't, as there was no money in the bank to pay for it.

Insist on speaking to a supervisor tomorrow and don't be fobbed off, with it being Friday.

What time did you ring? They have to ring back within 3 working hours, so if you rang after 2pm they can ring you back in the morning (thats assuming the contact centre have sent the referral to the correct section.)
If you dont get a call back within 3 hours and call again, it will automatically be flagged up for supervisors attention

And most contact centres are open until 8pm

That's what's bothering me, it's Friday.
Yes, it's fucked up my plans, but financially things are fine so long as it is sorted tomorrow.
Not so much if it's not.
