in thinking it shouldn't take 11 days to deliver a parcel?

I bought an item of clothing off Ebay on the 30th of August. The seller posted by Royal Mail 2nd class recorded on the 31st. I still haven't received it. I have been provided with a tracking number which when put in confirms the item was posted on the 31st and is 'being progressed through our network for delivery'

The only information I can find on delayed items is forms to print off to claim for compensation. I don't want compensation, I just want my parcel to be delivered!

Things go missing, head behind cupboards, are damaged and duped - you name it. It's more of a surprise to me given my local sorting office that I get anything rather than the other way round.

It's not up to you to claim compensation by the way - you can simply ask for/claim a refund (including postage) from your seller. What have they said, if anything?
