DPs sons homework question for Maths?

How are grills and pencil sharpeners weapons of mass destruction?

He has two clues...

Golf war and contraband... Apparently

Anyone any ideas?

Because they both make things lighter? (and therefore destroy mass) a horrible question thought.

DP has found something saying its about the Iraq war about what the UN said were items that no people from Iraq were allowed to have because they could be used as a weapon. Still don't know how it's Maths!

I think it's a pun on 'mass' destruction, so making things lighter. But if that's not the right answer he should at least get some marks for thinking it through!
