About this comment about learning difficulties?

I'm a member of a local neighbourhood forum and this came up last night in a thread:

"your neighbours (admittedly stretching from X street to Y street is tricky for someone from Australia who probably has learning difficulties) is the most important thing we can do with this site. 5 years in, >5000 members and we're stil not there."

The moderator has said it was just harmless banter between two friends on the site when I questioned this post.

I've been told I'm being overly PC.

Am I?

Sidestepping the rest of your description, are you basically annoyed at the flippant use of "probably has learning difficulties" in general?
