Met a car on the one car wide track today.
I had had to pull in suddenly to the ditch so as not to have head on crash.
I was doing 25 MPH he was going fast.
He went past me and scratched my car (was small scratch). He did not stop just drove past.
AIBU to have been first upset but then annoyed that he had not stopped to check if I was ok?
