to rant about ruddy cocking ASDA home none delivery

probably am as I have raging PMT

Booked the girls and myself into a Laser Quest place today at 11am ...booked an ASDA delivery between 8-10am

at 9:40am they rang to say they had had trouble with the vans THIS MORNING and would be 30 mins late ...so why wait 1hr 40mins before letting me know

I explained I had to go out at 10 - she said they would put me first on the list and be there just after 10 ...at 10:30 I rang and cancelled the order - at 10:50 the delivery man rang 4 times - 3 times my kids answered as I was driving like mental to make Laser Quest - 3rd time I put him on speaker phone (not hands free ) he said 'I am out side what do you want me to do?' - I explained I had cancelled the order and her was quiet stroppy

I then had to go home via Sainsburys to buy our food

I am very cross and I bet they take my money 'by mistake'

They will have taken your money already yes...not by mistake though as they have to take it before they pack it in the van.

I think it takes around 3 days if I remember rightly to make it's way back into your account

as long as I get it back!

I know it's not major but it's so frustrating when you plan stuff and somebody else fucks it up!

I use HD for convenience not because I like playing 'wait in with 2 stir crazy ratty kids'
