From Charlie and Lola is an annoying little pain in the arse? She is the most irritating character on Cbeebies IMO. Can't stand her/the programme in general.

YANBU but she isn't as annoying as Dora

You are not. I find her annoying too. And, she shouldn't be sharing a room with Charlie either. Isn't he about 11?

slartybartfast · 27/08/2012 18:22

Girls will be boys and boys will be girls
It's a mixed up muddled up shook up world except for Lola

is that why?

ellathefox · 27/08/2012 18:23

I feel sorry for poor Charlie, always having to share everything with her but when he wants something to do with his homework he has to pretend to be in Lola land. (I am aware I have thought about this too much and need to get out more)

Never mind Lola, Peppa's a nightmare.

pickofthepops · 27/08/2012 18:28

I like Lola, she has humour and I think she could laugh at herself. Peppa is a whiny spoilt brat, IMO.

ellathefox · 27/08/2012 18:28

I've not seen peppa yet but I know it drives my friend mad. Her dd is demanding to go to peppa theme park?

I don't mind Lola. Peppa is irritating as thrush though.

oreocrumbs · 27/08/2012 18:29

She is a brat, and so is Peppa, and george is not Curious he is down right naughty.

Theres another one that irritates the life out of irks me but I can't remember.

YANBU

Charlies has an overdeveloped sense of responsibilty. Where are their parents??

Tweenies are the worst though. Is is a business or a state run playgroup? Four children? Where is is supposed to be? Outer mongolia?

RedBlanket · 27/08/2012 18:32

Poor Charlie, he's a saint that one.
I feel quite sorry for poor Henry as well. If his parents didnt play favourites so much he wouldn't be playing up for attention.

ellathefox · 27/08/2012 18:36

The Tweenies don't bother me as much but Bella is a nightmare as are the stupid dogs. There isn't a cbeebies programme that doesn't irritate me come to think of it...

Lola could do with some quiet time. Peppa is a proper little arse that would get very short shrift from me.
Had a bit of a turn when I saw Lola in the thread title to be fair. But I am actually a diva spanish dancer. so thats alright then

pickofthepops · 27/08/2012 18:39

When will they take Peppa's adenoids out. Preferably while she is awake.

MammyToMany · 27/08/2012 18:39

I was just thinking as I was watching it that if I was Charlie I probably couldn't have resisted telling Lola to bugger off.

Rowgtfc72 · 27/08/2012 20:01

Couldnt watch tonights episode. Its the only one that makes me swear (dd was with me) .

elspethmcgillicuddy · 27/08/2012 20:06

I think Lola is quite sweet but her 'cutesy' poor grammar really gets on my tits. Ds's grammar has gone downhill since we started watching it.

Bellyjaby · 27/08/2012 20:07

My partner thinks Lola is really sweet and wants dd to be like her. I think she's a brat!

NCForNow · 27/08/2012 20:08

Lola is a spoiled brat. Opening all Charlies gifts and eating his packed lunch. Why does poor Charlie have all the responsibility!??

ellathefox · 27/08/2012 20:35

She is a brat! There's nothing sweet about her. If my sister had got up half the stuff Lola does at her age I (being the older sister) would have probably smacked her in the face told my mum and got her to deal with it. Maybe the parents are addicts and poor Charlie has no choice?
