Hey guys I would really like to go to yoga once a week. Thursday nights 7:30-8:45

Is this selfish? I found a class that is after DD is in bed so I can put her to bed before I go.

DH doesn't have any relaxed time away from the house but he wouldn't go to a class he would just rather stay at home and chill

My DH accidently cut my DDs finger when he was cutting her finger nails, it really stressed him out! He said 'perhaps I should be going to yoga for stress' joke

I'm not particularly stressed but really enjoyed it when I was pregnant.

WWYD?

Of course it's not selfish, you are both entitled to leisure time - if he doesn't use his for an outside activity that's his problem.

And why can't he put her to bed???

We do it together. Tea, bath and then I feed her last bottle and put her into bed

Go for it.

It's a great idea, and will be really good for you.

Do it, cheeky.

How are your holidays going?

This is the dh who naps for 4-5 hours in the avo? Tell him that's his stress busting technique.
