5 days after a deep tissue massage.
Never had 1 of these before. DH booked one for my birthday last week as a gift as heknows I like a lot of pressure from a massage. I have been on the verge of tears the last few days, even tho I originally enjoyed the massage the aftermath has been horrible. I am aware that deep tissue does get right into the knots & tension, but genuinely thought it would help with the tension I was feeling.
Any1 else had this happen?? Aibu to think it shouldn't still be sore?
