Ok so I know sometimes people need to be told they can't sing on xfactor but Mel B is being a complete cow and reducing people to tears!

It's not even what she is saying sometimes, but how she is saying it.

I can't stand the woman, good job she is a guest judge!

I think she was just trying to land the 4th judging spot full time! However, she just comes across as desperate and spiteful.

The producers have probably told her to be harsh. If all the judges are too nice it's going to turn off a lot of the audience.

Maybe itv have chosen to portray her in a certain way. Could be that 10% of her comments have been mean and 90% good. They haven't shown the good ones. Just a thought.

I'm all for harsh honesty, but she's just plain nasty.

She needs to remember where she came from and just how much effort some of these people put into what they do.

It seems like she wants to be a female Simon Cowell....but even he can be funny with it sometimes.

Loved the 'Pink' woman's hissy fit though...imagine if Scary had been on the panel?!

The pink woman was so funny! I do agree that Mel B has been told to be like Simon Cowell, but at least Simon can carry it off, Mel is just irritating and can't even sing herself!

It cracked me up to be honest. Too many of the contestants think they 'deserve' fame and fortune as singers when they're absolutely awful. Some brutal honesty might wake them up a bit.

Even if some of her comments not caught on camera were "nice" the mean things she said to people were too nasty. There was no need to be that mean and some of it was bordering on bullying imo.
