Who else works part time 3 days? How do you find it?

I have DD 1 year old who'll be at childminder those three days.

At least she'll be with me 4 days a week

I also work 3 days and find it a good balance. I work Monday, Thursday and Friday which suits me as from work point of view I'm there three days in a row but I only have to do two days max at any one time. I also work in a team so if there's things that need to be dealt with on Tuesday / Wednesday I can arrange for someone else to deal with.

3 days is good although career wise working more hours would be better ime

I work 3 days and have a 4 day weekend which is fab! I make sure I do something with DH at the weekend and my two days off I make sure I spend lots of time with DS. He loves nursery and so I can relax an enjoy being at work.

I was working three days a week until very recently when I went up to 4 days. My dd is 6 and i have been working 3 days snce she was 2 and it has worked really well for us.

I work 3 days and have done since ds was 10 months. I am increasing my hours when he starts school in Sept. I have found it to be a really good balance, it was hard when he was a baby he seemed happy enough but I felt so guilty leaving him, but as he got older he loved nursery.
