I phoned them last week to say my payment was going to be late and will be paying today via post office. Was told I would still get the late payment fee ( all ok )

Just had a phone call asking for payment 1 minute to 9 waking up my son who is now jumping up and down on his bed, nobody phones this late so now I looking at a long night thank you you fucking ass holes. They did confirm the note on my account

YABU. Its a bit shit being owed money and in the end so few people pay you back when they say they will that you just get into not giving a crap about - well anything in their lives really!

This is bank, and my son cut the wire on the freezer so all my money went on paying the admin fee on my home insurance to replace the freezer and contents ( still processing) wasn't sure how long it was defrosted as the electric didn't trip ( got LA checking electrics tomorrow)

I know I had bills to pay, but feeding my dc was top on the list

Uhu, but the bank didn't break your freezer, and also didn't know your circumstances when they called you - you could be a waster spending the money on beer for all they know.
